President
As the visionary Founder and President of AMD Electrical Contractors Inc., Genaro is a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) with a formidable foundation in power systems engineering. His distinguished career includes extensive leadership roles at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), where he directed vital transmission planning, principal engineering initiatives, and complex system impact studies. He also spearheaded electrical design supervision for large-scale projects at Aboitiz Renewables Inc., providing AMD with exceptional technical depth and execution capability.
Mitchel Evangelista

Mitchel brings robust operational expertise and corporate leadership to AMD as Vice President. With a strong entrepreneurial background as the owner of MDSE Hauling Services, he excels in supply chain logistics, strategic procurement, and project coordination. His professional trajectory includes critical procurement and technical roles at Armadillo Holdings Inc., Alpa Plumbing Works Inc., and Ottilie Marketing Inc., ensuring AMD’s corporate operations and project pipelines are executed with maximum efficiency.
Rodel Magat

Rodel is a seasoned project management professional with a proven track record of delivering complex, heavy-industrial infrastructure projects on time and within scope. He has successfully driven major energy and construction initiatives, having served as Project Manager at MERALCO Energy Inc. and holding key leadership roles—including Project Manager, Project-In-Charge, and Site Engineer—at Torque Builders Inc. Backed by foundational technical expertise from EEI Corporation and Pampanga Electric Cooperative, Inc., Rodel ensures rigorous quality and safety standards on every AMD site.
